The Physical Plant Records are comprised of alphabetically ordered subject files, oversize material and photographs documenting acquisition, management and maintenance of University properties, including architectural drawings related to the construction and renovation of campus buildings.

The Student Publications Collection consists of serial runs of newspapers and literary publications developed by student organizations with the help of staff and faculty.

The University of Baltimore Stories: 100th Anniversary Oral History Project contains video recordings, transcripts, and project documents that were collected by Fatemeh Rezaei, the Project Investigator, during the time of this project. Bedell Terry and Elizabeth Epps conducted numerous interviews. A number of transcripts and descriptions were prepared by Thomas Dettling. As the project progresses, more content will be added to this collection.
